A person reads every message to [email protected] — there's no bot triaging you into a void. We're a small team, so the honest promise is days, not minutes: usually within a couple of days, occasionally longer when a lot arrives at once.

We do keep a deliberate order: accessibility problems, privacy concerns, and safety issues go to the front of the queue, every time. If your message is one of those, say so in the subject line and it will be treated that way.
