One family, one voice.
The commons is governed by the people it serves — from launch, not someday. Families, workers, and community partners have a voice, and policy is decided by vote.
Families
Every family with an archive has one voice — regardless of whether or how much they contribute.
Workers
The people who build and run the commons have a voice in how it's run.
Community partners
Hospices, libraries, and nonprofits serving families are represented.
Advisory council
A standing council advising on policy, ethics, and the mission.
One family, one voice
Every family with an archive has exactly one voice in policy votes, whether they contribute nothing, a little, or sponsor others.
Donors cannot buy control
Donors, sponsors, and partners cannot buy control. Giving funds free access for families — it never purchases a vote, extra weight, priority, or influence over policy or governance.
Advisory council
A standing advisory council — families, workers, and partners — advises on policy, ethics, and the mission, in the open, with decisions published.
