HELP · QUESTIONS, ANSWERED PLAINLY
What file types can I upload, and how much storage do I get?
The formats phones and cameras actually produce all work: everyday photo formats (JPEG, HEIC, PNG), the video your phone records (MP4, MOV), and ordinary audio recordings. If your device made it, you can almost certainly upload it — and originals are kept exactly as uploaded.
On storage we'll be honest rather than specific: limits are generous and aimed at real family archives, which is what everyone actually builds — even a lifetime of photos and a shelf of home videos fits comfortably. If you have a genuine edge case (you digitized four hundred hours of camcorder tape; we salute you), write to [email protected] and we'll figure it out together rather than let a quota decide.
